Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We generally send out orders on the same day but please allow 2-3 days provided we have them in stock. A signature will be required; if you are not available a card will be left requesting pick-up from the nearest Post Office location.
Second Class postage anywhere in the UK is £1 but if you want next day delivery, provided we get your order before 13.00hrs we can send by First Class for a standard charge of £2.00. Saturday delivery is usual but is not guaranteed.

Guarantee We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from WaxingShop.com. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unwanted item to us in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery and we’ll exchange it or offer you a full refund.

Please note that this does not include shipping charges*. We cannot accept used electrical personal grooming appliances back for refund unless a manufacturing fault is present.
